Precision Calibration Standards
Maury Microwave offers SOLT and TRL VNA calibration kits (cal. kits) for all Agilent, Rohde Schwarz and Anritsu VNAs, calibration standards, metrology, precision and instrument grade coaxial adapters, waveguide adapters, coaxial to waveguide adapters, connector gage kits, cable assemblies, and torque wrenches.
To ensure accuracy in measurement systems, Maury offers calibration-grade metrology, precision and lab interconnect solutions including cable assemblies and adapters in a wide range of styles across standard interface types both in-series and mixed configurations up to 67 GHz.
StabilityVNA™, Stability Plus™ and Stability Bench™ cable assemblies offer proven industry leading phase stability performance, designed to ensure reliability and repeatability with superior flexibility and anti-skid band to ensure the cables can be arbitrarily positioned with no spring-back or stress on DUT. Colour coded connectors assist in preventing incorrect mating, and offer clear indications of compatibility and intermateability. Custom configurations are available with standard lengths/connector options on short lead time from factory stock.
ColorConnect™ Precision Adapters have been designed for lab and field use where quality, performance, ease-of-identification and ease-of-use are critical. New manufacturing techniques have given ColorConnect™ Precision Adapters improved VSWR specifications bridging the gap between calibration-grade metrology adapters and daily-use lab adapters.

Maury makes use of extensive in-house test facilities to ensure their amplifiers meet your reliability expectations, testing each shipped unit according to house defined high standards. Burn-in and ageing tests include prolonged storage under extreme temperature conditions, extended amplifier operation over the entire rated temperature range, and elongated usage at maximum power under CW and pulsed-CW conditions. After burn-in and ageing, each amplifier is tested for electrical performance and is shipped with a test report.
